Funny thing about this whole thing is that between about September of last year and this trip I will have met probably 50 or more guys from across the whole US. Many of the guys I have met are the longer term "regulars" here (i.e. Echo, Ultra, Hum, BCJ, etc)
In the last 4 years I have managed to meet up with a total of 4 people from my own city and within a 2 hour drive of here. There are just as many long term guys in this area but schedules rarely let us get together. I am going to make a point of getting to at least one of the TO area meets this summer.

I get it. I've had very little downtime over the last few years but it's being slowly corrected.

Aw man. Ok no La Honda run for me before seeing you guys. Dumb weather.

If anyone’s interested I’d be down for @Veloist’s caravan idea.

LOL You California guys. "There is almost a 50% chance it will rain. There go the plans".
The turbo guys up here be all like "Well it is 95% likely to rain so I have a 5% chance it will be dry so drive as normal.

For me it's more of not wanting to deal with other drivers on the road. You may not know this but most California drivers are horrifically awful.

I can't risk having my "mint" Ultramarine machine getting wet and dirty, besides I would have to learn how to turn the wipers on.

Most drivers are. Go to France some time.

Some day I am going to take a picture of my engine bay just to hear the cries of horror it will receive from the California and Florida crowds.

Still down if it rains but probably won’t be in my BRZ. Maybe my MR2. Actually, rain should be done by 10am and even up till then it looks like it’s only 50% chance.

When I used to avidly ride my bike I’d check weather religiously and more than often 50% chance ended up in no rain at all, or a tiny sprinkle for like 10 minutes.

Ok with not doing La Honda and I don’t mind meeting down closer to the South Bay to group up with anybody else is interested.
