Wheel setup question

Ok so, I’ve looked thru the wheel fitment guide but there seems to be some conflicting info.

I’m looking at getting 17x8 wheels with a +40mm offset. Tires will be 245/40r17. Car is completely stock, should these clear alright? Should I expect any rubbing at full lock?

Car is a 2013 BRZ, like I said 100% stock

You should be fine. Plug the numbers in there ^^ and compare it to stock and yeah, you should be fine.

EDIT: I'm on coils, I have no idea if you're on stock suspension. My bad. That said, I have been on 18x8.5+45 in the front with no rubbing.

No rubbing issues. Ran the near identical setup with 225/45r17, with camber and crash bolts and had plenty of clearance.
