Hi AZ folks,

I'm new to the FR-S, but not to Scion. I bought a 2008 Scion xB brand new back in 2008, and just traded it in with almost 150K miles on it for a 2013 FR-S with 17K miles. I'm a single mom with a son who just graduated from high school, so it's time to retire the mom car and drive a "me car" again! I owned a 1977 Triumph Spitfire a few years back as a play car, and my FR-S invokes many of the same feelings while driving it that the Spitfire did. In short, I'm in love with the new little red car I'm calling "Frances", and look forward to being part of the forum!

Thanks! The TR3 is actually the Triumph I most coveted, but they're harder to find. My dream is actually a '59 Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite. Someday!

@jeffsides whats the route were going to take? Are you guys coming up the I-17 first or down it at the end of the day? The reason I was asking is that a few of us north people want to meetup with the group when you guys depart, rather than driving 40 south, only to come back the same direction. Thanks
