I did get mrs humfrz in the FR-S today for a run down to the Buttered Biscuit for brunch. @Ultramaroon knows where that is. On our way through downtown Sumner, I stopped behind this pick up truck, that was stopped at a stop sign (yes, a stop sign in the center of a town - - I guess they can't afford lights).

So, the pickup truck went after stopping and so did I. mrs humfrz gave me a raft of shit about "running the stop sign". I tried to tell her that I had already stopped once (while behind the truck). She didn't buy it. She said that I will be lucky if I don't get another "running a red light camera ticket". You know, they never forget!

I tried to explain that they can't have cameras like that for stop signs. She said "oh, I forgot, you're an expert on red light running tickets!"

As the CW song goes "WHY didn't I just learn how to cook!" Or at least make SOS Butter Biscuit style -

We did NOT crash - although mrs humfrz had to hit the bathroom as soon as I pulled up to our driveway.

Now that I've met Mrs. humfrz, I'm on her side. You can tell her that's my default position.

When I feel bad, I look at crashed GT86s online and feel better that I have yet to crash it... knock on wood. Though I hate when I see some of them with super low mileage, like I feel bad that car did not get to live a full life.

Drove to work this morning in my FR-S. It was 45 when I left my house, got down to 33 on my drive to work. I drover over the pass and missed a fairly large rock in the road. Did not crash.

On my drive to work; hit 77,500 miles.

I also drove to work today without crashing.
I however have to do it about 12,00 more times.

You sadistic animal. How can you own one of these cars, post on this forum and not have mechanical sympathy.

When I feel bad, I look at puppy videos on youtube till I feel better. Though I hate when I see some of them with cats in the video too; I think the title should say "funny dog & cat video" if they have cats at all.

I drove the FR-S around to complete a list of honey-to-do that seems to have gotten bigger the day after I got back from a track weekend... I went a bit easy on it since I was so rough on the car this weekend.

I also found that the owner of the car before me installed a electronic kit that turned the break lights into the turn signals. Since I was fishing out the aftermarket LED bulbs that fell into the brake light housings I went ahead and removed it, so it is back to stock config now. Toyota called this morning to let me know the turn signal bulbs are in stock.
