Edit OFT Definition for RomRaider

Hello,

i want to edit the ZA1J700I Stage 1 ROM but in the current OTS v2.072 folder is only the ZAJA01I definition.

Is it ok just to change these two parameter with an xml editor to use the A01I definition with the 700I ROM in RomRaider?

I have sent an email to sales@openflashtablet.com but unfortunately still no answer.
Need the file really quick because today i have time to test the ROM (it's saturday 5:46 early morning in Austria).

Thank you guys!

Edit: If i do so and compare the 700I ROM wit the A01I ROM the only differences are the second checksum correction.
Looks right for me...
For crosscheck i have changed the ID in the 700D ROM into 700I - get lot of errors when loading it in RomRaider.

Are you using OFT to flash tunes ?
@blackspike

If you using oft that wont work you need to do a bit of calid hacking inside an A01I rom to make the oft think its an 700I rom

post up your 700I rom here as i need some info out of it to fool the oft.

Then I can make you a A01I rom that looks like a 700I rom to the oft and a hacked A01I definition that will edit that rom.

The reason you can do this is because A01I is compatible with 700I , the A01I is a later rom with some idle and bug fixes

I can upload the 700I file i edited with the A01I definition (tarned like i said in post 1) to my OFT.
So maybe i don`t need your file?

I`m not sure if everything is allright with the ROM but it looks ok:

EDIT: I use the files from steve99 now to be sure!
