OR, to till them into your garden area - to increase the organic matter content.

I think I'm going to put in a cement pad and a storage shed in that area, and just have a couple tomato plants in pots on the deck next year.

I did, they cannot do anything without some reference number for the request the MVA is supposed to send them. Trust me, I would rather talk to insurance customer service over the MVA any day.

For your tomato plants next year -

https://www.google.com/search?q=gree...878341255680_0

Scroll on down, they get less expensive.

How long is your inspection report valid for?

I suggest you try to make an appointment (again) with the MVA. Take along a copy of your insurance policy.

I think it's 90 days. And I did wind up doing that. It's just frustrating that nobody seems to be available to actually answer a question. Just shows massive mismanagement by people who should probably be fired. Out of a cannon. Into the depths of hell.

Used to be like that at our version of the DMV. Then they privatized and all is good! Doesn't hurt that the contractors get paid by the transaction completed not by the hour.

MD does have private tag and title places as an option, I just started this at the MVA because reasons, and now I don't want to try including a 4th party because nothing good comes from making broken things more complicated lol.

The individuals at the MVA branches are actually pretty efficient and willing to try to help, the biggest hold up there has been slow equipment and systems that don't work well together, which is again a management issue.
