2013 direct replacement

I just destroyed my engine after a long 5th gear pull. I felt it tightening up at about 120 mph and lifted. Soon after a horrible rod knock. I'm sure when I look the oil pickup screen will be full of gasket sealant. The engine was perfect with 75k miles...anyway, I will probably try and get a used engine for an easy swap. What years are plug and play. 2013-2016? thanks

Yes 13-16, with exception of the coil packs. Shouldn't really matter since you can just use whatever coil pack matches the harness that comes with the engine (or the harness you swap over).

Auto versus Manual engine also has differences, but they can easily be accommodated. Easier if you're going from AT->MT. A little more work if you're going MT->AT

2013-2016 are compatible. Use the engine harness and temp sensors off your broken engine. Engines are MT/AT specific and need additional work if you want to intermingle (Install an AT block in a MT and vice-versa)

Interested in why you think the pick up would be plugged with RTV? Has the engine been apart previously?
