Where do you connect DRL wiring harness to the fuse box?

Picked up a pair of ft86sf headlights and the one step that is confusing me is where to plug the drl harness into the fuse box. Based on the diagram it’s telling me to insert it where the SRS airbag system is which doesn’t sound right. Also was wondering does this connection affect the brightness of the DRL lights or just make them always on while the car is running cause they are installed and turn on fine if I switch to the DRL switch on the stalk. The car is a 2016 BRZ.
