Because that would require removing the radiator and ac condenser.

It's hard to find one that would fit.

I suggest pulling the fuel injector relay as stated earlier and blipping the starter. That's what I had to do on an old Outback I had.

Is that even possible with a push-to-start button? I've never tried but I would assume the starter would keep cranking until the engine starts, which would be... never in this case?

Have your engine kinda warm and it'll help break it loose super easy.

I had a friend stomp on the brake pedal (in addition to the ebrake), very easy install.

Damn...
Me and a bunch of other guys on here should feel stupid for not thinking of that first.

Anyway, I asked the most responsible person in my vicinity (my 8 year old son) to step on the brakes and it did the trick!

Also I had to take out the crankshaft pulley spacer because I'd fudged up (put the pulley the wrong way, spacer came out with the pulley after that) and feared the worst after reading some horror stories but with the help of a mirror, it only took me 5 minutes to align it properly.

Once again, kudos to the twins community for helping a noob mechanic in his less-than-finest hour.

I just welded two bolts to a steel bar to hold the pulley in place while hitting it with a breaker bar, easy fix and it works every time!
