I think what he means is, he had a OFT tune in the car before getting the header (either for stock header or for another EL or UEL header). He then installed the ACE header and went to the dyno to get it tuned. The first graph is then the ACE header with the OFT tune. Second graph is ACE header after tuned on the dyno, and third graph is the same as second but they let the car cooldown before running.

But what was that tune? Generic OFT stage 2, just dyno optimized a bit on dyno? Or some specific made for longtube headers like PLM? Or based on ACE tune from Wayno?

Both will fix dip. I'd go for 350, for most gains under curve.
