Kill that shit with fire.
Hopefully the Toyota looks drastically better again this time around, but I don't think there's any getting around that rear end.

No more torque dip, it seems:

What are GR86 owners going to complain about then?

Also, looks like both boxes are carry-over.

I always felt the Subaru looked better. Biased opinion likely. Though more especially with the 2017+ models. So "drastically" might be a bit of an overstatement. But time will tell I guess.

Hell ya, looks great!! Looks even sleeker than our current twins especially with how they designed the new fenders and how thin the front end looks. The rear end looks great too, very mini Lecus RC like. interior is a big step up in quality, especially with the digital dash. New 2.4 specs seem quite promising too!! According to the tach the redline should remain relatively the same as our 2.0.

Pretty happy with how it turned out. Now we just gotta figure out how much I'll need to fast in order to make up for the inevitable slight weight gain!! can't wait to drive one

I was always on the fence about the BRZ. Never originally was a fan of the new 86 front though.
Then I took a picture of the two together and realized that I like even the new 86 better than the BRZ. I like the more organic look of the Scion/Toyota over the more muscular industrial look of the BRZ.
It is of course all subjective though.

The weight gain is almost nothing so just skip a pizza or two.
The rest is all in preference since I think it looks like crap and would pass up on that digital dash no matter what.

Personally I've never understood the like for the BRZ's face. The FRS's bumper flowed really well into the body lines and even though the 86 looks like a frog, it's a good looking frog lol.

Colour seems to have a significant affect on the appearance of the 86 bumper. The lighter colours don't look so good but the darker ones look great. I looked at a 2017 Lava and in that colour the bumper was a big no but in the green it looks spectacular.
Again subjective of course.

Me personally I like the back. The tailights are much better, but look kind of like a couple of gens back of Civic. I like that they lost the fake side vents from gen 1. The front is just ackward. It looks like a early BRZ mated with a Macan and ended up with some midget version of the two. And why did they put the front plate location molded into the bumper cover? So stupid.

The interior just looks cheap. At least they put an armrest in this time... I like they kept the manual parking brake though. I know most people like them, but I wish they kept the regular mechanical tach vs the screen. This screen looks kind of cheap compared to what is out there.

The FR-S and 86 have always looked drastically better than the stupid smile of the BRZ. That shit reminds me of the Genpu Mazdaspeed3 every time I see it.

White is definitely the right colour.
