Hey @Cycotech where are the pictures from last weeks meet?

Also it seems like I am going to pass on the Corvette or Sell the GTO to get it because I just bought the Innovate SC Kit for it and I am currently looking for the Intercooler Kit for it. Time to have Mike set me up with an E85 tune for the Innovate Kit!

Some kid backed into the BRZ at the UA pool (luckily someone saw him or otherwise I think he would never have told my son that he did it). Subaru recommended Formula 1 and the estimate is $1067 (whole bumper has to be replaced and the styrofoam underneath is cracked and they're not sure if there is any frame damage). Kid's parents want us to go with a company called Spraymasters because they know the owner and they will get a good deal from them. I don't want a half ass job-I say we go with the shop that Subaru recommends or I will call my insurance company and report this as an official claim so the insurance companies can fight it out. Thoughts?

I'm going through a property damage claim currently, and if you have irrefutable proof the other party is at fault then definitely file a claim with your own insurance company. Hypothetically, if the car is repaired by a random shop that can't back up their work, isn't reported to the insurance company, and is involved in a collision of the same previously repaired region where the occupants of the car are severely injured, the insurance companies in that case could possibly deny the future injury claim.

Prepare proof, file a claim, get it repaired by a reputable place and file a diminished value claim due to the future CarFax history and such causing diminished value with the at-fault insurance company. It isn't easy to get them to pay up for diminished value though. In my case the other party intentionally accelerated to hit me(probably for a quick loan from the insurance company) and even after I submitted the dash cam footage to the other insurance company they are still denying liability. Good luck

Go to another Company to be fair but not the company they picked, then go with who you want to. We all have a place we like I like Old English Customs but with the side of town you are on I would say try Finishmasters they have a very solid reputation and would be a great place for a second opinion or Gerber. Both are well known and Insurance Companies prefer them.

Again do not cave and do not go where they want you to.

As for the SC I am working on finding the intercooler kit but it's already paid for and should ship tomorrow.

Getting ready to pick up the FRS from Detail and I just finished paying for the last item needed for the Supercharger Setup, 700cc Injectors and a smaller pulley. Here's to hoping the car feel's as fun as I remember it being before!

Sprintex 210, should be here Thursday so I hope to have it on for Saturday's Meet. Everything else is ordered and Mike is working on the tune.

Looks like the FRS might be back to really being fun in time for the meet and the GTO is almost done I got the rear suspension completed today and the rest of the Stereo upgrade. Now to just do the front suspension which is here and it's ready to go.

Lots of work this week on top of putting in the new flooring.
