I've replaced the stock lugs since I snapped this but I stuck with stock 17x7 dimensions and RE-71Rs for some lightweight quick-revving fun . I may try 225s nest time, but no issues with 215s, and I can still break free when I want to (seemingly, only when I want to).

And good god does this thing just leap off the line now. I'm really loving my minimalist approach so far. Headers, tune, PST CF driveshaft, and lightweight wheels. I'm debating whether or not to mess with FI now the car is so much fun to drive. Have some RCE Yellows and camber bolts that have been sitting in my garage for a year begging to be installed as well.

Those are pretty hard to come by. FT86SpeedFactory carries them, but they're currently on backorder it looks like.

Drop: ?? - I eyeballed it.

I really want to throw some spacers on the rear, though. It's sitting too far in for my liking.

Hi, I am looking to get the most of performance out of my car and would use some recommendation, around what wheel and tyre specs would give the most of it? Considering of buying rpf1 17x8, but not sure whether to go for +35 or +45 ET. First one definitely looks better, but does it handle better and will it put more wearing on the suspension? I am currently running on stock height.

For those wondering how much the 17x9 +35 weighs....

Used a bathroom scale (bought November 2016). The center cap was mounted on the OE wheel as were some weights from getting the wheel/tire balanced.

For those wondering how much the said size pokes with 245/40 MPSS....

The car has been dropped by -1.2". Rears were 3mm/ .19" higher.
Camber out back was -1.7 with a 1/16" total toe (1/32" per side)
Camber up front was -2.0 with 0 toe.

I'd say that the lip of the wheel is pretty flush. The top of the tires tuck into the fenders. Some people would say that the setting sits flush. I say otherwise. There's a sidewall poke...though the tire treads tuck into the wheel well.

Edit:

My steering wheel was straight when I took the photo so there shouldn't be any more/less poking going on in the shot(s).
