Been meaning to get a shark fin. Best product at the best price is? I'd hate to 'upgrade' to something that is worse than what I currently have, even if it looks better.

Hello and welcome. Now the fun begins! As far as antennas go I went with the Perin shorty. I can't tell any difference in reception. But, I don't really play my radio that often.

Thanks guys. I rarely if ever listen to the radio either. Doesn't it affect the Navigation as well though or am I being an idiot? :P

Also, did you guys order it from somewhere in Canada or ship it in from the States?

good news is that you don't have navigation that I'm aware of, so all is well! Congrats on the car! Best color!

I have a FR-S so navigation doesn't play into it with me.

As far as working our forum; when I log on I click on New Posts right under where it says FR86CLUB.com at the top of the page. That way I can review all the recent postings and not have to jump around from one sub-forum to another sub-forum. Of course if I chose to start a new thread then I have to go to the appropriate sub-forum.

I've got a BRZ so I've got Nav in mine. I'm a different poster than the OP. I just happened to hijack his thread when somebody mentioned swapping the antenna. Sorry OP! :P
