Anyone needs a set of like-new OEM wheels+(w/TPMS I think)+Michelins with Scion center caps? I had this in my basement as a back-up set, but sold my BRZ recently.
I could use these wheels as winter rims for wife's Impreza, so I'm not looking to sell dirt-cheap, I'd take a reasonable offer though.

I can also sell just the tires, or TPMS sensors.

Sell the family. Keep the BRZ.

J/k... smart choice.

Yeah I hate seeing people sell their "86's". But I get it.. Life changes and we have different needs/wants. I'm fortunate to not need to rely on my BRZ for all my family needs.. if that were the case I'd drop it in a heartbeat for a WRX since that is a way more all around useful vehicle.

But for now.. I still love my BRZ. . thought I'd love it more with 100 more hp.

Is anyone else losing coolant? When I got my car out of storage this spring, I noticed the level was just below the low mark in the overflow tank. When I took it to the dealer, they did a pressure test and topped it off. I checked it the day after the dealer visit because they topped it off hot. The level was just above half way between the marks. For the first ~2500 miles (including an AutoX and AutoX school) the level remained the same. I checked it again this morning (~5000 miles after the dealer topped it off) and its now down about an inch (about 1/3 of the way between the lines).

I stopped at the dealer before work and they told me that coolant levels in the overflow tank fluctuate based on temperature/pressure and that its not uncommon for some coolant to evaporate off during use. The amount I appear to have lost seems rather excessive though.

I've read several of the threads on here about coolant loss but no one ever seems to have an explanation as to where its going and what to do about it.

For what its worth, I don't recall smelling burning coolant, seeing white smoke out the tailpipes or seeing any puddles on the ground.

Random question? Does anyone have a garage they trust for tuning their car? Or is everyone here more or less a do it yourselfer?

We're in the process of moving to a larger house, unfortunately cash on hand is more valuable than a 3rd/autocross car at this time. I love the car, but it's not as much fun to autocross as I was hoping. I think that's in part to when I bought it with this intention, they hadn't banned R-comps yet. IMHO the car is just not as much fun on street tires without a good Street Touring class prep, which I can't afford.

I'll be driving my volt for the foreseeable future, at this point my intention would be to replace with a new WRX when it's up... but we'll see what else hits the market between now and then.

BTW, anyone on coilovers interested in getting rid of a few of their OE suspension parts for a little cash? I'd like the opportunity to sell the koni's separate from the car if the price is right on some replacement parts... I would need:

OE Rear upper mounts
OE front upper mounts
OE front struts

TIA
