I called to get update on VON yesterday and the guy i talked to said that there are 2 ships coming in, 1 on east coast and 1 on west coast, with a total of 300 cars. Lets hope we see some of these come our way!

I'm starting to get frustrated with Subaru logistics.. I had my vin almost a month ago.. Was one of the first BRZ's with a VIN.. The car was at the railhead in Chicago more than 10 days ago..

It still hasn't arrived at the dealership. My salesman said that their dealership has 40-50 cars expected in, but all are sitting and waiting to be loaded on trucks..

This sucks!

I know in the grand scheme of things, a few more days shouldn't matter.. But there was some novelty about being one of the first.. now lots of people who were #2 or #3 or later on their dealership order lists are getting their cars before I will.

k.. done complaining.. just had to vent a little..

I'm In the same boat. First FR-S vin on the forum, even before first 86ers. Car went to freight the 27th of last month... Still no car. It's on a lot in west chicago doing nothing.

Meanwhile my car looks like just blew a head gasket and might not last me long enough to get the FR-S in.

Call your regional manager. There's a post somewhere with all of their contact info. They don't go on sale until June 1st supposedly, and maybe they can help make sure you get your car sooner than later. Of course now it's Saturday of a three day weekend, so you might have some trouble contacting them.

You're this close, I think you can hold out. Even if you have to rent a car for a week, that's only a couple hundred bucks. You could also try for a $50 car on Craig's List.

Good luck,
Brett

That sucks man. I felt the same way until mine arrived. You'll enjoy the car when you finally get it
