I am looking for any leads to purchase IS300 diff for the swap.

In addition to what has been said...

1) Craigslist and local salvage yards.

Don't know why you are targeting IS300, but I will throw in that our cars are affordable and many inexperienced drivers total them out...

I bought a used differential from a totaled BRZ that had 17K miles on it for $125 from a salvage yard...

You can also use an IS200diff and swap some internals with the 86. Not as easy as the IS300, but ultimately cheaper

Plug-n-play gear ratio change. Stock is 4.11 (or so) and IS300 m/t LSD is 3.73 (or so). Better ratio for freeway driving...

I've been looking and should have snapped one up 2-3 years ago when they were relatively cheap and plentiful...

I've only had luck on eBay, I made an account on Lexus forums to hunt because they want the 4.1, but they and eBay marketplace have wised up to the desirability and have jacked up prices.
