I don't even think that the placement of a turbocharger is even patentable. They could only really patent something like a bracket that allows one to be mounted in the rear or the exhaust system design. But even if they did, this system is different in that it uses an oilless turbo and some other difference that makes it an improvement upon their design making their case moot...

Good to hear Joe. Let know when you need something else. We are doing a met kit tune in the next couple weeks for those without E85 to see if we pick up any gains.

How is the tune coming for the rear turbo? Not having to run an intercooler really interests me i like the innovate supercharger kit but scared to run it non-intercooled and don't like the intercooled option.

Hi Guys, Have not posted in a bit as I am waiting for the final out come with my dispute with Visconti. FA20Club is patiently waiting and excited about taking over to get it dialed completely in and fuel gauge issues etc.

The tune is running great on the street but have not been back on the dyno since issues with Visconti. The lack of intercooler is not an issue as it does do cooling in the aluminum tube from the back to the front.
