Or buy a humidifier?

Kind of makes me worried that the people slowing down for a peek, likely have to slow down because they're not able to drive at a regular pace, and take a look at the same time.
That doesn't bother me much since at least there is an obvious reason for the slow down.
I am more baffled when you get a slow down or even come to a dead stop (the 401 is really bad for this) and when you finally get up to where you speed up again there is not a thing in sight that should have caused it. What the hell went down for everybody to come to a screeching halt from 120 kph but leaves no indication of why?

I know people do rubberneck but I wonder if it's simply a case of phantom traffic jam because people braked during the incident of the collision and the traffic jam simply continues on until there's a break in the flow of traffic.

see @Tcoat, I would eventually get them to talk about the WRX. I just had to plant the psychological seed

If we had been able to get the Impreza coupes here I would have been all over that. As it is I didn't even know such a thing existed until I joined this forum.

I will not buy any used car but I have no real rational for it. It probably just stems from decades of driving junkers because it was all I could afford. If you ever drove a $500 1980 Chevy Citation because it was all you could afford you would know what I mean.

I feel your pain... my first four cars cost a total of $1,800. On the flip side I sold them all for total amount of $2,400 to buy the next, so in the end people gave me money to drive them.

Reminds me of a time, for about 3 years, when I was the manager of regulatory affairs for a major manufacturer of pesticides.

I could quote "chapter and verse" from 40 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations). When someone would challenge my interpretation of a regulation, I would refer them to "40 CFR, 3(c)1(d)" for example ...... and ask them to look it up and tell me what they thinks it means. That usually shut them up ......
