End of the day a consumers job is to get the best he can for his dollar, now there are areas where i do not believe dollars should be spared but wide fenders? yeh i'll go for what is cheapest and does the job.

As an authentic RB owner, I nearly see no difference in the fenders. I am not against any replica kit, to each their own. Maybe the OP decided to save up a lot on the kit and just get a replica kit for the sake of getting other things for the car too, not everyone has a huge income. What I love is that he actually states it is a replica, that's all that matters to me.

Fake competition? give me a break, let's see how many parts HKS has made for this car as opposed to the JZ engine series when they first came out. Authentic companies have become lazy and are increasing prices to the extent of you just laughing at the prices sometimes, I say they deserve the fake competitors taking over. A good example is the 2.4 stroker kit that will never come out any time soon even though it was shown back in June. What happens here? look for an alternative, and that is mostly a "fake" company to the authentic companies because it doesn't carry a huge brand name like them. You're kind of obliged to go with what these "fake" companies have because the authentic parts you are used to buying are being increased heavily in price every year and taking more time than ever to come out.
