I will say... for the last drive I organized, it worked out that part of La Honda and Pescadero were very clear, so I did end up leading with a bit of a faster pace than I had planned and told everyone to expect.

No. It just took longer than they expected. That's all.

I have a health screening tomorrow morning that I'm kinda nervous for. Been having some weird muscle-ache like pains. Probably just being overly-cautious but we'll see. Won't know the results til Friday too.

"‘Smells Like WD-40’ – lubricant spray now a fragrance"
"Those who like to tinker with older cars will no doubt be familiar with the lubricating spray WD-40 – the penetrating oil that helps helps loosen, degrease, and protect nuts and bolts.
The product is so versatile it's become the stuff of legend, but it's the smell of WD-40 that is arguably its most memorable feature – so much so, people on the internet have pretended to turn it into a perfume for years.

Now, a very real cologne has been launched, called Smells Like WD-40."

Speaking of cologne (or similar products), recently on a visit to my folks I found they still had a can of Axe body spray that belonged to me. It was from middle school and I have no idea how not only did it survive their last move 16 years ago but they still had it. That can was probably... 18 or 19 years old.

Good luck. You’re almost certainly fine but this shit can get in your head. Just stay frosty.

Good thing my PCP is a woman.

Fortunately (??) it was the other side. Still, felt like one of the most embarrassing and uncomfortable things I've subjected myself to.

However, regardless of outcome I will use this opportunity to say: if you ever feel something odd or whatever just get it checked out. Better to know than wonder.

You don't get used to it. I have had a lot of sports and CDL physicals over the years. As long as everyone doesn't start shouting, "who's got smaller?" you are okay.

The latest scientific findings say no. A DRE is about as accurate as a coin toss at detecting an abnormal prostate and virtually useless at detecting life threatening conditions.
