Trunk Liner

I am not sure why but I am having a problem with items in my trunk shifting.

I heard that the Subaru Impreza wagon trunk liner fits pretty well in the BRZ/FR-S. So I went down to my dealer and asked to try the Impreza wagon liner in my trunk. It is an amazing fit, you would almost think it was designed for the BRZ/FR-S. It was a little thinner that I had hoped but for $60 it wasn't bad. I would definitely recommend checking it out!

Isn't it just a little freaky that a trunk liner designed for a wagon fits in our cars?

^^^ Ditto. and a part# if you can.

Great news. I was just thinking I needed to get something. With my gym bag in the trunk all the time, the carpet is getting messy. Looks like it's pilling up. A mat would take care of that.

Here are the pics. The part # from my receipt is: J501SFJ500 Cargo Trunk liner for Impreza Wagon, $69.95 MSRP got 15% off so $59.46. The dealer had the mat rolled up in storage so it isn't quite laying flat yet but it should. It has done a great job of keeping stuff in one spot over the last day of use, better than I thought.

Looks like a perfect fit. Any trimming needed?

None. The only place it is not quite perfect is at the "ears" of the mat. They don't quite touch the edge of the trunk by less than an inch. I am pretty picky and I consider it a great fit.

Is it that tacky kind of rubber, or can things still slide around. I loved the removable foam blocks my GTI had to keep things in place. Now my shit just goes everywhere.

The rubber doesn't seem that sticky and when I got it I wasn't sure it would do much. But I have a cloth bag with a mini air compressor and it seems to stay put.
