Tips for weather strip removal?
Has anybody got any tips to removing the outer upper weatherstrip on the top edge of the doors, just in front of the window please. Cant find any videos on the removal, just with it already removed. Thanks in advance.

Start at the back where your shoulder would be and work your way up and towards the front. It's held in by adhesive and little plastic clips.
When I removed mine (I did a complete replacement) I had it out in under 5 minutes. It's just a little nerve racking because you can't see (but you CAN feel) the clips. The clips are tiny. They're like little barbs. BTW, zero tools necessary, you can you use your bare hands. |
