Hi guys, I just received a used ESC 1.5 from a forum member and have it installed in my car, however, it doesnt working, me and my mechanic followed step by step from the website and video installation, everything seem to be correctly and once I turned it on the volt box read 26.2, I tried to press the activation switch and nothing happen, we double check the connector and everything seem to be good, my mechanic said it could be the harness or the controller box. anyone have the same problem ? I try to reach Rob by sending PM and email but he hasnt response yet.

Open the hood and then get inside the car and put the key in the ignition. Turn the key 2 clicks to the ON position (don't start the car for this test). When you put the key in and turn to "ON" (not started but 2 clicks to on) do you hear a series of beeps coming from the ESC? If so what do they sound like?

We did try this morning and I didnt hear any beeps come from the ESC, and btw the fan from the controller box is not spin when I turn the key or the car on, is it suppose to be like that ?

Ok, I replied to your PM. Watch the install vid from the link I sent you (it gets you to just the right spot). You should be able to adjust your install and hopefully be on your way to zooooom!

LIST!

Hi All,

Things have been very busy over the summer, sorry there has not been as many as updates as usual. Rob had to alter course and change a lot of the wiring due to little irritating problems with some of the connections(only a few issues but we don't want to keep going down that path). This is by no means a mass produced kit, everything is custom and packaged Rob himself. Perfecting things to alleviate potential issues down the road is Rob's number one goal.

As far as my kit goes i am simply ecstatic about the procede's addition to the Phantom kit. There have been no problems with duty cycle overusage and most of the time i only boost with 1 to 2psi on the regular.

International: Trying to get more information for you guys. The RHD issue is a big one(from production stand point). Ill work on getting a answer from Rob on the LHD guys in Europe, as far as i can tell shipping costs will be very high though, if there were any issues that require shipping back and forth things will get very pricey.

I'm at 71 by my quick count. just imagining over a 2 year wait time is an eternity, lol.

I keep looking at some of the used systems that come up for sale from time to time, but can't pull the trigger as i want to wait for the latest updated/upgraded versions...

But i was 86 when i went on the list in June (i think), so at 15 a quarter, my number could be up after teh beginning of the 2 year mark.

Edit: because math.

I have counted 4 people from Europe (3 LHD + 1 UK RHD), 2 from Asia (don't know) and 6 from Australia (6 RHD).
If someone wish to correct this please do.

Regarding the shipping, and I am talking about us europeans, there are several good import services that i have used in the past which optimize the packge space therefore are cheaper compared to USPS (for example), which sometimes asks for some absolutely ridiculous prices for shipping.

@fenton, if the shipping fee estimate you give us is going to be "too damn high " we could check and maybe use those, probably is the best solution.
Rob would have only to ship to their facilities, that will hopefully reduce the shipping costs (just sharing a thought with you guys). I will surely wait for your word, hopefully, as soon as you can

thank you
