Question No grill front bumper

OK I want to take my grill off my OEM front bumper so I can show my radiator but that bar of styrofoam still shows. How can I get it the way I want without buying a drift bar? Like Birdys below?

That easy? Thank you! Washing it wouldn't damage it correct?

Damage what exactly? Nothing would get damaged by water that wouldn't have been damaged before.

I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but that grill does not filter out water :P

Does filter out some larger rocks, sticks and birds though.

How often can you afford to replace your rad?

What he's saying is you leave your radiator exposed to damage if running without a grille.

Many do, many don't feel comfortable doing so. It's YOUR call.

I have had at least 3 birds and a bat stuck in my grill. With out it there could have been damage from any or all of them.
That does not even come close to the damage rocks can do. I am on my 3rd license plate cover! If you spend any time on the highway leave the grill there. If not then you should be fine.

Makes me wonder about the BRZ grill... its no where near as "mesh" or "full coverage" as the FRS one. A small bird or rocks could fly into my radiator pretty easily :|

The birds in mine weren't a big deal since they just sort of stuck in there. The bat however was very very messy!

For those who have already made this change, can you remove the grill without removing the bumper?
