86nanny AND pedal commander?

has anyone ran both a beastronix 86nanny and pedal commander?
is it redundant to have both? or will having both benefit my car in the ways that it's supposed to...

it really depends on what you're looking to get out of things.

86 nanny really only manipulates traction control, abs, radiator fans.

pedal commander alters the gas pedal application curve.

of note, pedal commander inherently can't improve responsiveness as it doesn't alter the speed of the oem vehicle network, but improves the perception of responsiveness by telling the car you've stepped further into the gas than you have. if you're bouncing on/off, the gas, there's going to be a perceptible difference in this, which can lead to the car feeling like it's more jumpy. you'll have the same result just banging on the gas harder in stock form. so imo, pedal commander is a solution looking for a problem that the driver can't properly adjust to vehicle dynamics.

personally, i don't have any issues with the oem gas pedal curve. i can consistently put the motor right where i need it, even weeks apart after i've been driving other vehicles, essentially 'un-learning' myself from the 86.
