Oddly enough, its likely to be a dealer add-on! It won't top the Durango but 620HP or so is nothing to sneeze at. I think with the suspension changes they've made to the big SUVs it would be an interesting (but still very dangerous) driver.
But SUVs are safer. Just ask Tiger. :/

Was humfrz full of shit?

OK, since we have a bunch of medical experts signed on, I'll share my recent personal medical experience.

Last Friday I had a colonoscopy. Yep, a first class one, where they put me to sleep and all. The procedure was performed at the Washington Gastroenterology Endoscopy Center, right here in downtown Puyallup, WA. -

Of course, the day before and the day of the procedure I had to drink 128 ounces of medical grade liquid Drano. Now, THAT flushed ALL of the shit out of me!

Ever since, I HAVE FELT GREAT!

(I should note that at the same time I started taking a dosing regiment of prednisone for another ailment)

So, why do I feel soooo much better?

No pressure so no reflux making everything suck? Or the prednisone...

There are people with master΄s degrees who are clueless, because at some point the educational system turned to a profit system by "selling" degrees. There are still some very good Universities, but the majority are not good. However, this doesn't mean that the whole educational system is useless.

Most professions related to critical applications require a license. In the IT world there isn't such a thing, even though an IT guy will have to program the auto-pilot system of an airplane, the self-driving system of a car, the display of a medical device and so on. There is a great ignorance of what is happening in our field.

Nothing is safe when you are a pill junky, and are rich and famous enough to tell your hired doctors what you want.

We put an offer on one house, which technically not in the market (agent’s friend, who’s an agent that rent the place). He wants $20k for EM... of course, he just doing that to go back & forth to counter offer. So I replied w 2 ridiculous counter offer options. BUT my agent convinced me from doing that. Which make sense, cuz it’ll be extra pointless work on his end.

I'd suggest you steer clear of that kind of "deal".

If the property is not listed, how does the buyers agent know he will get paid?

Would the transaction go through an escrow and title company?

$20,000 seems like too much for EM -
