Does it ever end ...
So I've had my BRZ since July and the car still gets noticed.
Waiting outside my local and two girls walk by. "Wow, what car is that, it's beautiful!" Yawn, yeah I'm getting tired of the attention. |

That's when you say, "It's a cockfor." When they ask "What's a cockfor?", you say, "get in and I'll show you."

If you do not want the attention, DON'T POST! But I don't think that is the case.

I actually try to show people the car that are interested in it... A lot of folks just haven't ever saw one and never knew that it existed till they see me.
I've pulled over twice for people who have been trying to get cell pictures of the car so they could see it. They'd be struggling to get a pic while driving so I'd roll down my window and tell them I could pull over... Of course that isn't on every occasion, but when I had time why not? I can remember seeing an interesting car and the guy/girl driving would act like a ****... I don't want to have that image, and I don't want the car to either. I guess I'm a believer that it is something that I can share with others and it helps Subaru gain more interest from buyers who never considered their cars. Maybe I should send them a marketing bill?! HA

The only females I've had show interest was a young girl from the back of car yelling that she loved my car, and then the others were all middle aged women. The middle agers loved telling me how "cute" the car was...

I think the reason for this is that the majority of women (at least in my experience) like luxurious spacey cars (usually not coupes), and they also mostly dislike MT. To me, I've always seen my car as a toy; and that's probably why I love it so much, and probably why they aren't as drawn to it. I think body models like the TT are more attractive to females, as well as the ability to have a convertible, if we're going with the coupes. Practicality vs Fun.
