Despite the steering being lighter and a little less feel some from my perspective, there's so much to love about the '22 cars. Really feels like the end of an era - affordable, light, pure sports coupes that thrive on corners. We're lucky to have access to these cars.
I was reading intensely trying to find someone mention that the Premium had bigger, stickier tires over the base model (I'm leaning hard for the base model for that reason).

Albeit totally different cars, before I had PS4's on my WRX, I had high expectations of how it would feel. I'm sure the PS4's are very grippy, but I was kind of let down by how much marshmallow feel there was when cornering (not nearly as much with the WS80 snows). Maybe if the power output was higher on the GR86, they could use the full potential of the PS4's, but then it wouldn't be the same car

Yeah there was a recall on power steering for ‘13 to ‘15 model years. I’ve had mine done.

“What are the defects?

The poor electrical connection may cause the vehicle to lose power assistance for the steering of the vehicle.”
