86Philly/Mid-Atlantic 86 Season Opener
86Philly & Mid-Atlantic 86 Club present the 2022 Season Opener:
WHO: All FR-S/BRZ/86 owners and car car enthusiasts WHAT: Picnic and Social Gathering WHERE: York, PA (Samuel S. Lewis State Park and then Jim Mack's Ice Cream) WHEN: Saturday April 2, 2022 Please join 86Philly and MA86 for our first big social gathering of 2022. From 1pm to 3-4ish we'll be enjoying the beautiful vistas of Samuel S. Lewis State Park in York, PA. Enjoy the arrival of warmer weather with your fellow car enthusiasts, whether that's just hanging out in the parking lot, taking photos of the scenery and cars, or picnicking/grilling in the park, playing games, whatever! At approximately 3-4pm we'll depart the park for Jim Mack's Ice Cream, an old school ice cream fountain and attraction with activities for everybody (arcade, mini-golf, food, etc.). It is CASH ONLY! (there is an ATM on site) So get those twins out from winter hibernation, grab your camp chairs and picnic blankets, and come get the 2022 car season started off right! Updated details for this event: For people in the Washington DC Area, there is a tentative plan to meet up at Pub Dog in Columbia, MD (8865 Stanford Blvd #101, Columbia, MD 21045) and cruise to the event together (departing at 11am!). Remember to 1) pack lunch supplies as the event is a picnic and 2) the ice cream parlor in the afternoon is cash only (but there is an ATM on site). |
