Whiteline Stage 1 Grip Kit Query

Hey guys,

Apologies if re-post. I tried to search for info but I found more general-type info and not quite the specifics I am hoping for.

I've just purchased the Whiteline Stage 1 Grip Kit, will arrive / install in a few weeks hopefully.

My query is around the lowering springs. I don't have the budget for coilovers, so I was wondering if the springs are still a worthwhile modification? I use the car as my daily, so comfort is still *somewhat* relevant to me, but I don't mind a slight compromise.

Also hoping someone can give advice on what settings to use on the sways? I had an RX8 previously with the whiteline sways, I had the fronts set slightly tight and the rear slightly soft, made the car quite stable and grippy. Not sure how that will translate to the 86 - I'm hoping for a grippy setup that doesn't feel too understeery but is still somewhat lively.

Thanks in advance!!
J
