What clutches are those on e85 using?
I'm using the South Bend Stage 3 Daily Clutch

I'm 300ft/lbs to the wheels and 330hp to the wheels

Oh, and something very important, I'm using the clutch with the STOCK flywheel. For maximum reliability. I suggest not using any light weight flywheel etc...you will most likely end up with weird noises at best.

So I take it the south bend clutches will work with the stock flywheel? That's good to know. Most of the aftermarket clutches I've seen REQUIRE the use of their flywheel as they are not designed to function with the stock flywheel. I too have no interest in a lightweight flywheel but would like more clamping force.

yeah it works with the stock flywheel. I've put 9k miles on my edelbrock and clutch, my car hit 10k miles yesterday, and it's worked flawlessly.

Could you elaborate? The only thing I noticed is that the ace helps in the last 500 RPMs, which is great, but is there anything else I'm missing?

Hi guys this weekend me my boyfriend and best friend successfully installed the edelbrock in my garage! This has been an amazing learning experience and I learned so much about my car! At the start of the SC install I almost went and drained the window washer fluid instead of the coolant because that is how little about cars I know. Now I feel confident with a lot under the hood, I understand what each hose is connected to and it's purpose. Car sounds amazing and I can't wait to take it out on the road.

I also have a funny story to share.
Soooooooooo the tuner came over and when we were driving the car he said it was over heating and I probably had a coolant leak, so we pulled over and there was no leak and I pointed to him that I filled the entire coolant tank thing to the full line. He asked me if I put coolant in the radiator and I said no I put it in the coolant tank with the little yellow rubber cap. TLDR, apperantly I put no coolant in the car, I only put it in the "overflow" tank. I didn't even think of that lol!!! So yea now my tuner has a funny story to tell

Thanks everyone on this thread who answered my questions

I post pictures on my instagram of both my car and my boyfriends super charged rbv2 if anyone is interested in checking that out it's IG: MsPriestitute

Very nice! Great job getting it installed. Best way to learn is to jump in and start wrenching. It helps to have the support of more experienced mechanics to help. When I was a kid (15) and just started working on cars, sometimes I didn't know when to stop. Luckily I had a couple guys who would come help me out when I got in too deep. LOL

How does she drive?

Awesome. I'm all for "learning by doing" as long as you are with people who know what they're doing .

How did you end up getting that extractor out? Just curious since I also saw your posts on FB.

Worth every penny. Gain of approx. 10-15 whp by smoothing out the signal. If you compare that in a dollar per 1 WHP to the gains you receive from your edelbrock at the same ratio you'll see that it is a worthwhile purchase and very well priced.

If they're able to sell it separately then I'll definitely look into getting one.

My impressions a from a few months ago.

FWIW I still have the box and still running the DT tune to avoid the CEL. I like the original "old" CARB tune for daily driving, but prefer the DT tune over the latest CARB tune.

I've been thinking about picking up a header for my setup, how much will it throw off my current tune? I don't mind it not being optimized for a couple months while I finish piecing the kit together, just want to make sure its not going to hurt anything. I'm piecing it because I'm looking for a specific sound.
