FR-S/86/BRZ Components List (Who Makes What)

I wasn't going to post this but with the recent thread debate about who did what again, I've decided to release my extensive research on who really makes what in this car. Hopefully this will make people realize that this car really is a hybrid and is more like 50% Toyota parts and 50% Subaru parts rather than the claimed 95-100% Subaru.

If anyone can add to this list, please do (with some sort of evidence).

Brakes are:
Hitachi/Tokico Brake Booster, Master Cylinder, Hoses, and Calipers
Bosch ABS Pump
Nisshinbo Brake Pads
Aisin (Advics) Brake Discs

I was not able to find who made the wheels. Probably not a popular brand name. I do know that it was Toyota who designed/styled them though.

They have in the past but they seem to always put their logo somewhere on it if they do and the there is no logo to be found on these wheels. So I kind of doubt it's Enkei unfortunately.

Subaru makes the Scion badges.
The trunk one anyways. It's stamped Subaru on the rear of the badge. Sorry, no photo, but I think it's kind of funny.

Just because it's stamped Subaru doesn't mean they make it. But yes, it is quite humorous that the Scion logos (on the wheel caps too) say Subaru on the back.

I still don't understand why the Subaru owners look down on the FR-S owners. So many people on the forum are this way.

You're driving the same car buddy...

Just because the Subaru brand has more "merit" in the car world doesn't mean anything when the Scion is the same.
