I wander if castles header manufacturer of great importance? In my country there are heavy import taxes and while comparing deliveries from US and EU I also checked Aliexpress and found some Chinese sellers/producers of UEL castles headers. Would it makes sence going with those? What could go wrong with catless header in time assuming they are made from good quality stainless steel?

I can guarantee you one thing is for sure.. If you have decent set of headers and a quality tune, that is NOT a placebo effect. Dyno's have shown and proven that repeatedly. But that is where a decent set of headers and a QUALITY tune are important. There is no placebo in feeling that the torque dip is gone, as it feels so because of the gain in power through that part of the power band.

Again, a dyno is almost useless to follow, other than for fun, as every single dyno out there will be different and read different. The values should not be so minor with a proper tune. Depending on your header/tune, you will either have good gains in the top range, mid range, or a nice mix of both.

I would be careful with getting any cheap set of headers. It is usually the material that lacks quality and will form rust/cracks over time (they all look nice and shiny early on). But that is your own research and a decision for you to make, as you may be able to get a pretty decent cheap one. Good headers are not that expensive to begin with, but I don't know what your budget is, and nor do I know how heavy the import taxes are.

Don't change Headers without a tune. They need to go hand in hand together.
