I went looking for the NSX maintenance, fun fact Honda still uses the stupid manual valve adjustment mechanism from the 80's, therefore at 75k miles you're supposed to drop the V6 out of the back and check the valves. Service manual has it at ~24 hours of labor.

Or buy the $150k car sell it immediately and then go buy the $60k Porsche/Merc/Fiat/Lotus/Corvette I'd be comfortable beating up. And pocket the difference for track time and tires.

Edit; I'd probably pick up an old 911 for <$60k

This is why I said that the different scenarios would mean different decisions would be made.
I would not buy any of the cars talked about here.

If given the money for one car I would have an old Mopar muscle car and a late 50s cruiser.
If income reached a point where that much could be spent on cars I would have a bunch of different OLD cars.
If I had so much money that $150K doesn't matter anymore I would have a full shop and be buying $1,000 hulks and frame off restoring as a hobby.

Where I live, I'd have to buy the bus first just to be able to pass it.

You can at least get some nice tow vehicles at that point.

You say "sTuPiD"... but I'm just going by their previous track record with these cars.

Maybe the BASE, but the z51 cars have shown to be pretty reliable on the track. I think blanket conjecture on a model that isn't even confirmed is a little out there.

Sounds exactly like the C7 so far lol.

Grand Sport will probably be the one to have for track work, as usual.

Or
You now have so much money you can buy $150K car as your daily driver as well as anything else you want?

Each of these scenarios will probably change a person's shopping list.

How about "I got $10, a 12 pack of beer, a carton of cigs and 1 lottery ticket." Dreams.

That sounds like a solid idea until your tow vehicle needs a tow too.

Canadian beer of American?

If rebuilt and restored properly that would have a far less chance of needing a tow vehicle than a modern one would.

Yep, and it would be easier to fix on the side of the road.
