I Love all the Pictures, Specs, and Constructive conversation on how to make MEATY Tires fit! Thanks to all that have done so.

I would say yes - yes totally up to you how you want to run your camber.

I may end up going a little more aggressive (-2.0) but I drive alot and want to keep even tire wear.

Here is a before and after shot

not running either - nor camber bolts - I also didnt Slam my car, its about an 1.5 inch lower. I have enough room for a good finger/two between the tires/fenders

Anybody know how to get rid of the rubbing at the front with the steering wheel turned all the way? My tires are rubbing the inside of the wheel-well when my steering wheel locks all the way to one side. Im guessing spacers, but can someone verify with me the minimal size they went with and what brand used?

Suspension: Stance SS Coilovers

Tire Specs: 265/35/18 Michelin PSS

Wheels: 18x9.5 +38

Camber: -2.8 L&R

Height: 1 Finger gap clearance from fender, no fender mods

@Lust what did you end up doing to eliminate the issue?

Consider getting steering stops. @nzer had to - he runs 265/35.

Yep @BPM, I had the same issue. With my 18 x 9.5" +45 I avoided fender rub but at full lock left the inside of front left tyre was rubbing on the chassis rail.

I had minor steering stops put in that restrict the lock until just before rubbing. Don't even notice the minor change in turning circle.

I was going to put 5mm spacers in but went for steering stops instead to avoid any fender rubbing. Was the perfect solution for me.

5mm spacers for you would change you to +30 offset and that's quite a bit of poke. It'd be illegal here as you'd need to run too much camber to get the wheels withing the fender line. Not sure on the rules where you are.

Any recommendations on steering stops used/fabricated? I will be looking into this option as well.

Thanks!

Sorry, the race car place that put in my final drive change did it for me so not sure what they used @BPM.

Perhaps ask an alignment place.

I think everyone who runs a similar setup said they rub on full lock. I however rub when I drive on curvy back roads still and rub on hard dips/bumps.

I am seriously considering going down in tire size to a 255/35 but we will see.

I also got another alignment. Now running -2 up front and -3 in the back. Going to go back yet again to lower it some more and get another alignment. Probably will end up running -2.5 in the front and -2 in the rear with a little bit of toe in.

Question guys.. Probably the best spot since you guys actually have the meaty tires I'm looking into..
Spec:
Lowering springs dropped just under 1"
Camber -1.5f -1r

I'm looking at 18x9.5 +38 wheels and want to probably go 265 tires.. Will that wheel and tire combo fit stock struts? Will it work with my camber too?

I'm probably going to end up getting coils before the wheels, cause winter, but just in case I was wondering if that'll work. I don't mind adding a tiny bit more camber, -.5 more front and back but that's about it. I had 18x9.5+40 with 255 on the rear (staggered set up) and it fit with no issues I wouldn't see the 265 interfering with anything back there mainly I'm thinking about the front.

Thanks
