Fun problem, I've got 5 Ethernet (Cat5,RJ45) cables that go nowhere I can find in my new house. None of them have any signals or returns based on the tester I'm using except for one. Wire #6 lights up bright, and ground is dim/pulsing. Wtf is going on?

If you guys want, I can just move this to my build journal or its own thread.. but this issue is going on still and need some opinions..

No CEL, no obvious misfire. But this video shows what I've noticed both before the incident this week (since having car tuned to stock and headers removed) and now.

It's most noticeable from about 40 seconds till the end:
