You can transfer it from your stock wheels if you don't need them.

Honestly tell your local Tire Tech to just transer them over to thw new rims. I am tire tech and that's what i did for my steelies this winter. I hate seeing flashing lights lol. All it takes is an 11 or 12mm Socket Wrench to take off when the tire is off the rim.

Most tire shops will claim you need to purchase rebuild kits to transfer the sensors from one set of wheel to the other. This is because they often get damaged in the process and don't always form a good seal.

If you're stock rims are fairly new you can try and convince them not to bother, most shops I've seen are fairly persistent about rebuilding them.

Shops also claim that they need to be reprogrammed after a transfer, but they don't on this car because it doesn't care which wheel any particular sensor is on like some others. Just another thing to look for if they try to charge you extra.

Lol that sucks at my shop i would've swapped then over for you no charge lol especially if you are already paying labour on getting tires installed.
You dont need to reprogram this TPMS
The threshold for the light to come on is anything under 30psi
So keep it above and no light.

I've had to deal with other pesky tmps light from other cars and im happy my frs cooperates.
