I guess those with the LED DRL can use the flicker sign as an indicator that it is time to replace the battery, before they get stranded. The flicker was very noticeable pulling up against a wall, or you can just look directly at them to see it. (but for those with auto, car needs to be in N for the DRL to stay on)

Autos may be able to last a little longer, there CCA on that battery is a bit higher. Anyway 3 years should be the point where all owners think about a different battery.

Talking

I went to get a red top and they said it might not fit in my car because it’s bigger than my other battery, do you know if it’ll fit?

Also voltage wise you'd have to read voltage at the leds to be sure. If you still have your warranty you can always go in and get them to diagnose it.

I don't believe your leds are on their way out

I don't think its anything to be concerned with, I think its just the voltage dipping a little low when the alternator current drops off and the draw starts coming from the battery again. Its not as noticeable in other cars without LED DRLs because the voltage drop is very brief. Normal lights would just slightly dim whereas these LEDs flicker. My winjet headlights do this occasional and they are set to always on.

This seems like a common issue:

Thanks for your input!

Fit calculator says "Requires bottom height adapter, check hood clearance." so the answer is maybe.

A few have used them and don't recall any fit issues.

No issues with fitment! Be careful with the old liquid filled old battery though

Yes it did. I replaced the OEM with the red top when I first started this thread and had no issues. Battery still working fine too when car was sold DEC 2019. And the LED flickers when pulling into a parking spot never returned.
