Well, Snowblind, it's not "top secret" nor is it "classified" .... so, maybe it's being smuggled into the country ....

I guess we better wait with all of the other peons to order it from our local dealers (who have no information on it at all).

Added value would be a track package, factory oil cooler, larger radiator,
Brake package, REAL gauges, etc.. Not a dual automatic climate control system and other fluff.
You just listed off several things you can add yourself. I want things you can't add easily without tearing things down significantly. Niceties are good in a car that I like seeing compete with the local 50*** dollar crew around here. I can make my car fast. That's simple, but adding luxuries to it and comfort are harder said than done.

Has the 2.5L been confirmed? Last I heard they were testing and evaluating the 2.5L vs supercharged vs hybrid.

They are still testing but for now I think the monogram will still be the fa20. HOPEFULLY they get the damn chirping problem dealt with. As for the testing, yes they are still testing.

That's another reason I might trade mine in for another. The Chirping seriously is making me want to drive the car off a cliff and walk away in slow motion without looking back

I read the chirping can be resolved by using better fuel. Ethanol free, if possible.

There seems to be mixed results with ethanol free, but many of us don't have access to ethanol free fuel. :/

Yup, I did some research to find the closest place in Houston that sells Ethanol free gas.

It's about 180 miles away so that's not an option.

Do it James T. Kirk style in Iowa, just make sure to jump out sooner because you know, physics work in this universe.

Oh and I am unaware of any monstrous cliffs in Iowa.

Looks like a nice long list of creature comforts. Awesome. Since all of us here already own an FRS/BRZ (which is why we are on this forum) and it would require trading in/up or getting a second car :'( Both scenarios would be expensive.
