Template for OEM Armrest?

Does anyone have the paper template that comes with the OEM armrest? If so, could you please scan me a copy?

Seriously, don't use it. I used it and the holes were WAY off. Mainly because once you cut it out it's very difficult to align with the center and drill the holes in the correct spots (paper isn't rigid enough). My holes were drilled way off and I had to use rubber grommets to try and cover up the sloppy holes that could be seen from the passenger seat.

I recommend the following:
1) Remove the padded top cover from the bottom hinge.
2) Cut off the two alignment posts from the bottom hinge.
3) Align and tape the bottom hinge where you want it, then drill two holes for two of the attachment screws provided (choose two that are 180 degrees apart).
4) Install two of the attachment screws and then drill the remaining holes, install remaining attachment screws.
