How do you like it?

I don't believe it is, unless it's an older version. The current versus ones have the ability to be adjusted a little bit. I picked this one up secondhand from a forum member. I like it, but I definitely have to get used to it. I have a Cusco pedal and it makes it a lot easier to hit both pedals at the same time, so I have to consciously move my foot over further on the brake pedal to not hit the gas. I'm sure it'll be a little better with my actual driving shoes. Overall I like how much easier it is to blip the throttle on down shifts, but it'll take a couple of days to get used to it.

Ouch the 2fer. I have no issue with one in my car but 2 is rough. At least it gets better when they switch to front facing. Congrats!

Still have a soft spot for these. I was on the original forum pre-order group buy that never happened 7 years ago. I and many other ended up just getting the original jdm version of the Toms tailights but, the clear still look amazing.

i always wanted them, but then the melting issues happened, so i stuck with the red version. in a way, i like the red/blue contrast, but the clear/black would look a little more modern.

Both are front facing, but it does not have space. I am 5’11”, so the kid kicks my back all the time and I don’t have enough space to the steering wheel.

Good side is that the car is fun, so I really appreciate the driving and avoid paying attention to the downsides.

The kids loved the ride and noise, laughed at every corner.

my then-girlfriends little step sister was always begging us to take her for a ride too.

looking back, i can't believe her parents ever agreed to allow me to put the little kid in that death trap of a fiasco.

Battery crapped out this morning after sitting out in -23°c overnight.

Had to push it out of my driveway, then forward out of the way so I could pull the GFs car out and boost it.
What better way to start a Monday at 6am!

Been there, done that and wrote about it last winter. Only difference, it was the wife's 2016 WRX STi that died. She had a new battery installed last Friday. She took delivery of the car in Nov. of 2015 so 5 years for the original battery is rather good these days, I think.
