Thanks a lot!

My other option is to reuse my 19x8.5" LM reps with an adapter spacer. This will transform my ET48 wheel to a ET30 wheel. So the question is if a 19x8.5" ET30 will fit? What tire size would be best?

Edit: Saw that Michelin Pilot Super Sport makes a 245/30-19. That might be the one to go for?

I'll admit that I'm too lazy to search the forum for the answer since the search function is garbage
I'm wondering if anyone can chime in on fitting 18x9.5 on an otherwise stock BRZ (series.blue but that doesn't matter) without any fender/coilover modifications?

If not, what modifications would be needed?

Thanks

Anyone know if I could run 18x8.5 +35 225/40 front and 18x9.5 +30 255/40 or 35 on sportlines? Or possibly 17x9 +35 235/40 square on sportlines? Thanks
Considering klutch sl5 or sl15 for forst spec and Gram Lights 57DR for second spec.

I need some suggestion for tires for my new wheels
Next set up I'm running is 19x9+38 front and 19x10 +38 rear. I'm not going to be slamming my car it's only going to be lowered 1-1.5 to get rid of the gap. Thanks!

Would a 18x8.5 +47 rim fit: lowered 20mm, with -1.5 front camber, without rubbing and touching the springs?

Also, would you recommend 225/40/18 or 225/45/18 tyre?

Thanks for the advice!

Even with an 18x9 +35, you can fit a 245 on all corners easily. I am running that spec wheel with 255/35R18 currently with no rubbing and -2.2F/-2.0R camber on a 1" drop.

With a 2" drop, you should be okay with 245/35R18 with the proper camber settings.

Thank you. I decided to go with a different set up in the end.

17x9 rims on stock suspension with 225x40 all around. Will this have any rubbing issues upfront and will 225 on a 17x9 be ok to take to the track?

17x9 is probably the best size wheel for the track, IMO.
You could even run a 245/40R17 tire depending on the offset, but no issues at all with a 225/40.

You didn't mention your wheel offset.
You can run a +35 to +45 offset if stock but if you lower with springs then the +45 won't work without spacers. If you lower with coilovers, then no issues.

Thanks a ton for the info! Yeah the offset is +45 so thats good to know they will be fine on stock for now.

Would 18x9.75 +20 fit in the rear!?

I have a feeling it won't but I really want to run staggered
18x8.75 +33 in front
And
18x9.75 +20 in rear

I'm about to buy in a few days, but if it'll rub. And cause issues I guess I'll get 8.75 +33 all around

Lowered on sportlines about 1.5 inches

Edit:

225/40/18 front
245/40/18 rear
I think

I'm considering the following square set up: 18x9 ET +33. I'm going to lower the car an 1" to 1.5" with some ST Coilovers, and will also be installing rear LCA and, if need be, front camber bolts. So my questions are:

1. Do you guys think 235/40/18 tire would be okay or should i do a 245/40?
2. Would i have to run an excessive negative camber to have a flush appearance?

Thanks

I am putting 17 x 9 et 42 wheels (OZ Formula HLT) on, I have Eibach Pro springs on.

Questions:

Will I need spacers and/or camber bolts? I've read about 1.325 million posts regarding similar situations, but haven't found an answer.

What tire size would you guys recommend? Tire Rack recommends 245/40, but I'd rather hear from people who drive these cars.

Thanks in advance!
