No worries, it is a suction cup type holder. Here is a link to it.

Unfortunately, you will have to root your phone if you want torque on the Android Auto screen. Crappy limitation by Google.

There are some solutions that don't need root but I've tried them all and none have worked at all so far. I don't want to root my phone so I guess I don't get torque on main screen for now.

Whiteline diff bushing inserts, I skipped the diff outrigger bushing inserts as they made horrible diff whine on my first gen. Easy install, though if you're lazy like my you need to yank on the swaybar to make enough room for the lower bolt on the one side of the diff. Easy enough!

Wheelhop is minimized now, I'll test the subframe bushing inserts at some point in the next few months to see if it's eliminated.

Ya I went thru all that last night, no dice unfortunately. But that's ok, my spare phone works well for this.

Today I definitely made Red Green proud. Never underestimate the power of redneck lol. I managed to remove the chrome trim off the knob which helps to clear the reverse lockout. Then after I overdrilled the knob by accident, I had to find a new option to get the knob to stick and stay on the shifter shaft threads. Being an electrician lol, I wrapped the shaft threads in electrical tape, then grabbed some 18 gauge single strand wire, coiled it up and insert that into the shift knob, twisted it on and she holds lol. Much better than how I had it before. Name: 20220122_121834.jpg

Added wireless Android Auto via Motorola MA1

Only done a quick test so far, though seems to work well. No additional apps needed.

Cable is fixed to the device - I'll see if I can run an extension and mount it somewhere more discrete.

You can order it from any online Toyota parts dealer with that number.

I got mine here.

It took 7 days to ship because it had to be sent to them first from KY.

Any NVH concerns with just the bushing inserts?
