what can this noise be? transmission?
Recently ive been having this strange noise coming from the tranny tunnel.. change the fluids and it was clean. replaced the clutch and bearings and noise still continues. will try to get a video uploaded but it sounds like a continued metal clunking noise... like taking a bottle against a fence really fast.. only occurs on deccel.

If it is only occuring on decel, it may be the flywheel making the noise. I have a similarly described noise that only occurs on decel, and it's been there ever since I replaced my flywheel ~30,000 miles ago. Completely stock flywheel, but with a heavier clutch since I'm turbo'd. Never had any issue with drive-ability or anything, just some occasional noise.

Did you tighten the drive shaft center bearing bolts?

Until we can actually hear something I am going to guess a squirrel is wrapped around the driveshaft and screaming in fear!

This is probably way out in left field, but could the starter motor maybe be partially engaged and is turning with the flywheel, but is for some reason louder under deceleration than under acceleration?
