lol.
So my wife can read/speak a bit of Japanese. At 16:58 they discovered the GR86 had the 17" primacies on during the track battle by accident (silver vs black wheels). They redid the GR86 by itself with the 18"s michelins. When they reran with the Michelins it ran a 1'52" which is still 3rd slowest but much closer than initially. Which is impressive because I believe it's just a RZ (premium spec) factory car. The RF has a 3.43 final drive swap エナペタル suspension tune with 205/45/17 RE71Rs. The S2K has Direzza IIs 235/255 stagger Spoon AP1 2.2 engine and TypeS suspension |

The fact that the results were, relatively, as close as they were speaks a lot for the GR86. RE71Rs and engine and final drive swaps.... I mean imagine RE71Rs, full suspension, and you've got a very competitive car.
