Oh, that's great! It does look like they went the black. Nice

Actually it's more than the switches that have been "murdered out" - gone is the "chrome" trim surrounding the shifter boot and on the climate control knobs, and the shifter itself loses its chrome accents. Love love love it!!

The silver HVAC switches never bothered me, but I really like the removal of all the chrome in the interior.

I like a nice, dark, somber interior. No need for wood, chrome, clear plastic/chrystal, or piano black accents. Just give me endless matt/satin black and white markings please!

Ah... I don't know about that. I think my black rims show quite well. Plus, it's not a "new" trend. Black Minilites or Revolution rims where the hot ticket for your Mini or Lotus back in the early 60's.

Black wheels are fine as long as you keep them clean.
I'm all about contrast and complementary colors. I'll only have black wheels on my red BRZ. Bronze wheels on a white or black car. Gold, Silver, and gunmetal on a blue car.

That's one thing I like about my Advan RSIII's.

They are metallic black but with a polished ring around the very outside and the wheel brand in White lettering. Looks really good against the red.

The polished ring is excellent for hiding curb rash too.

The spoke design on these, I think you'd actually hit the spoke on a curb before the outer ring. That would be painful.

Would make sense.

Just griping about curb rash on my damn wheels. Houston is the worst for avoiding it (deep drainage) and for a time my only income was doordash.Had to pay the car bill somehow after all... Had to pay the car bill somehow after all... Try not making a small mistake occasionally behind the wheel for a living - I did pretty well, but she still has some wounds. Her gold RPF1s have a "polished ring" in places. Makes for a fun euphemism.

First, I thought OP meant 2024 BRZ ts "released"...but that title wouldn't make sense either. I guess it is revealed.
