Was anyone in the parking lot at a place in Burr Ridge called PersonalizationMall? I saw a red FRS I believe when I was pulling out of work, was wondering if anyone on here worked there.

Also some guy on rt83 going north always drives like 5-10mph lower than the speed limit in the left lane next to slower traffic like trucks to block you(55mph) and then speeds up and makes hand gestures at you when you try to pass him on the right to get out of the clusterfuck he has created. Can you call the cops on someone like that? I've seen him do it a few times, same guy in a 90's pickup truck with high visibility jacket

Does anything go to any of the driving events, specifically the ones at Blackhawk and the autobahn? I really want to do a track day, I would like to think my car is capable to handle one, especially with me being a complete rookie. Which would you guys reccomend I try out? specifically which would be a better experience (although Blackhawk seems more for speed), not in terms of which track would be better for the BRZ. If there's an upcoming club hosting that would be a good first experience, please let me know, thanks

Any track day is a good day. Your experience will be based on the group you run with rather than the track itself. Blackhawk is a smaller track with one of the highest avg. speed around. Autobahn has really nice facility and the track is great (three configurations). My next event will be with GPS Track Time on September 10th at Autobahn (south course). It is a very friendly group of people with ton of track time. It is more laid back and not as structured but you can def. find a great instructor.

There's a group of guys here who are track rat and I hope to see you around!

I highly recommend GPS Track Time events! Jimmy is an absolute legend and it's a fantastic event for beginners and track junkies alike. Cheap too!

Hi guys!

If any new 2017 86 owners would love to get rid of their stock wheels/tires and trade, let me know. I have a set of volk CE28N in bronze, 18x7.5, with pole position tires. You would obviously be adding money on top, but I'm sure we can make each other happy! Please pm me, thanks

Willing to meet up and swap at your location if you don't a set of backup wheels to replace with also.

Man, I don't need a new winter setup, but I would rather have those wheels than my old WRX 5 spokes. haha

I might hit you up in a few weeks if you still have them. I'm running '03 WRX wheels on my FR-S with no TPMS,but I do need some new tires on them. The Winterforce tires I have are just ok and would really like something new.
