The next best thing is the Exedy Stage 1. It is sprung with a full organic disk, so it feels the same. Little more pressure to push in that’s hardly noticeable and just some decel noise because of less dampening.

Gen2 clutch and pressure disk could work as well good for at least 205WHP. I have the stage1 exedy as well in my edelbrock SC and will probably switch to the Gen2 clutch next time to give it try

I did see that the gen 2 has a different part number for the disk and PP, curious to see if Exedy makes any change for their 'OEM' offering.

Either way, the Exedy OEM held up great for me all weekend. Put another 2.5hr of track time onto the car and it was flawless, picked up TT5 wins both days and the NASA AZ TT5 lap record for Chuckwalla CCW.

Another useful thing - half a quart overfilled past the top dot, roughly to where the twist in the stick is, fixed my oil pressure drops.

Top graph is oil pressure in bar

Kpower uploaded the fuel pump relay fix. Got mine ordered up but someone clever with wiring may be able to piece it together for considerably less. I also opted to just grab the jumper harness for the 74mm throttle body. Originally I wanted to just repin the harness but this is quick and easy. Maybe down the road I'll want to simplify things?

$40+$20 in shipping seems ridiculous

I think early adopters should get it for cost with free shipping, if it was my company.

For those that want to build this themselves, I believe the connectors are the same; there is just a need to wire in the relay into one connector. The cost is $15 for it shipped, plus you will need wire and terminals.

Agreed. One of the reasons I decided to just get the TB harness adapter was the fact I was already going to pay $15 in shipping. Might as well fill up the box with more of what I need to make it worth my while.

When you get yours, if you want to take some pictures and post it here, so people can build it themselves using the wiring layout then that would be nice. $40 for a $6 relay and some wiring when I have the other connectors already seems steep. $20 for shipping seems steep too. It isn't the expense; it is feeling gouged that I don't like.

Will do. I should see it roll in this Thursday or Friday.

I did the same thing, ordered the relay, TB harness adapter, and TB to manifold adapter

Grabbed a TB and 3" to 3.25" Vibrant coupler from Amazon.

Are you planning to dyno and see if there is a noticeable difference in power with the 74mm?

Yes, through the magic of moving to stock rear arms I acquired the ability make another 8whp or so in class.

I kind of want to do the DC DICs or DC Endurance 2.2 at the same time then close the throttle body up top to detune, but that would kill the back to back comparison of TB only.

Looking forward to your results.

If I ditch the built block plan, I'd like to trade off my DC 4 cams for the 2.2 and keep the 4piston head. I can't make up my mind at the moment but it sure would be easier to just bolt the head on my existing bottom end and throw a little cam at it as well.

Yeah, it SEEMS LIKE most of the cams people run / k20 or 4P head are going to see their gains above 7000rpm. The problem there is that I don't trust these things longer term revved over like 7600rpm on track so it kind of seems like a waste with a stock bottom end. Power peaks at 7300 stock so I try to shift by 7500 and I use the extra RPM (I have a cut at 7800) if I need to extend for a corner.

The DIC and 2.2 are supposed to make more power everywhere compared to stock, rather than just up top.
