FS: 2015 BRZ Premium – 6MT – ~59.5K miles, Florida, mostly stock. $9,500

I’ve finally decided to actually sell my 2015 BRZ Premium. Funny to say finally but owning 8 or 9 or whatever of these cars over the last 14 months this seems like a long time to own this one!

Backstory:
I wanted to pickup another BRZ to have as a combination daily driver and track car. Something I could drive to the track without having to deal with getting my trailer, load up the car, etc. That seemed like a good idea but in reality I tracked the car 1 time and I trailered it to the event anyways. In hindsight I will always just trailer a car especially since I have an enclosed trailer with air conditioning and I live in Florida… it’s dumb to not take that if I have it especially as I can just camp in it and save $ on hotel fees. I ended up not tracking it much for two main reasons. First, it doesn’t have a rollbar, fixed back seats, etc so for safety I’d rather use my dedicated cars (ITR or the race car) and secondly if I’m taking a street car I’d take the Camaro as it’s stupid fast and fun at the track! So this car became a daily more than anything else and I really don’t need it for that I didn’t want to just leave it sitting around to rot. It deserves to be used. Selling it because my next 86 will be a 2013 FRS that @Opie and I put a 2015 engine into and it'll be built as a pure track car that will only be towed to/from the track and will have full safety gear installed.

The car:
It’s a 2015 BRZ Premium in Ice Silver Metallic, 6 speed manual, with 59,325 miles on it at the moment. The car has extended studs front and rear. The front studs are the long ARP studs and the rear are the shorter ARP studs. Comes with Muteki SR48 lugnuts in black. The wheels are 17x9 +45 RPF1s in bronze and tires are 245 width Michelin Pilot Super Sports (Date code: 3217). No TPMS sensors are installed in the wheels. As an option those can be swapped out for some savings with OEM wheels that have TPMS sensors installed. Tires may not be great on those I have to pull them out of storage to see what’s even on those wheels, but we may have two sets and if so I think one set does have good Maxxis VR-1s on them. The car currently rides on OEM dampers and springs as I moved the coilovers to my new track FR-S (that I am NOT going to get a rebuilt title/etc for as it’s a waste of money for my usage). Only other mods would be the Koyo radiator that’s installed in the car. Any damaged trim pieces, etc were replaced with brand new OEM pieces. I used the fog light version of the 2017 bumper trim in case I wanted to add brake ducts, which I obviously never did. The trunk that is installed on the car is from a 2015+ FR-S in matching ice silver. I swapped trunks because I wanted the spoiler. If someone wants the original trunk instead let me know and I’ll swap it back out. Personally I like it with the spoiler so I’m not doing that unless someone makes a deposit on the car as I don’t want to swap it back again if the buyer bails. One other thing, and I’ll include a good one with the sale, is one of the rear toe arms eccentric washer is messed up so it was hard for Subaru to align it. I have plenty of spares but didn’t feel like paying for another alignment just because so I would suggest changing it before having it aligned again. The car IS aligned within spec! The alignment guy just hated me for a bit. Oh also there is no spare, wasn't a big deal for me since I have so many RPF1 sets I just threw one of them in the trunk but it's something to be aware of.

Damage history/repairs:
See this thread: https://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=132426

Basically the car hit a deer and insurance totaled it because of the airbag deployment. That has all been fixed of course. There is nothing mechanically wrong with the car at all. Cosmetically it has paint chips, a scuffed up headlight and other misc damage from 59,000 miles of use. Since it was bought with a salvage title it now has a rebuilt title and is legally registered and insured (obviously) with full coverage. Since the bumper had to be replaced anyways I switched to the 2017 front bumper as I do like the way it looks more than the 2013-2016 style front bumper. The car had pretty minimal damage. From a body perspective we only had to replace the hood, front bumper, t bracket and radiator/core support pieces, even the bumper beam itself was undamaged. I wouldn’t say the paint is the best in the world or anything but it’s serviceable. Most of the time the HVAC temp knob light doesn’t work. I have a spare so can just include that, or possible even just replace it. It hasn’t bothered me enough to take the center console apart and because I live in “Hell on Earth” it’s always at max cold anyways. The car was low.. and the bumper shows it. And scuffed from tires and such.

A bunch of pics are included below. If you want more or want to see something specific, let me know.

Price: $9,500 OBO.

Thanks,
-Dave

Car is likely back on the market. Buyer is under some travel restriction from work (assuming Military) so unless I want to tow the car up to North Florida then he likely can't buy it until restrictions are lifted.

Since he wanted OEM wheels that's what is on the car right now but I can switch back to the aftermarket 17x9 RPF1s of course.

17X9 RPF1s sold, so the car has OEM wheels with Maxxis VR-1's on it now. Has a 17xsomething Motegi spare with some random tire on it for a spare as well.

Price lowered since those wheels are not available anymore to $9,000.
